MOUNTAINEERING IN NORWAY

Guided mountain climbing in the majestic coastal landscape of our neighboring country Norway.

After about an hour's drive from Björkliden, we reach several beautiful summit hikes in our neighboring country Norway. A majestic coastal landscape where the cliffs rise like seals from the sea and give us breathtaking views.

We park next to the road and start our hike, the destination for the day varies from tour to tour and is adapted to the group as well as external circumstances. Regardless of the tour, we can expect a trip of about 10 - 15 km and 300 - 600 meters of altitude, which requires some physical ability as we are in motion for much of the day and move uphill.

We will take a lunch break on the way up if needed, or enjoy lunch from the top of the mountain before continuing our hike back down. Before heading back to Björkliden, we will, weather permitting, stop by the sea or one of Norway's many beautiful mountain lakes for a swim if you wish.

Time: 09.00 - 17.00

Price: 1295 SEK/adult (from 16 years) and 895 SEK children under 15 years.

About Activities

Good to know

Each activity has a level of difficulty described below. We always adapt the pace to the group to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Relaxing: this is not exhausting at all, on the contrary!

Slow pace: Can be compared to a light walk. As a participant, you can often adapt the effort to your own level.

Moderate: This level of exertion requires a little more from you as a participant. At this level, it is more often a matter of endurance rather than great physical effort, but we recommend a normal level of fitness.

Demanding: This level often requires both willpower and higher physical fitness. We recommend that you talk to our knowledgeable staff in the sports shop if you are unsure.

Quite a challenge: This level requires a lot from you as a participant. You should be both strong and confident behind the brow bone - at this level we will always ensure your suitability before completing the activity.

Depending on the activity, breaks may or may not be included, but we can always make sure to take a break if you need to.

Once booked, the activity will be entered into our system and you will receive a confirmation of your booking. The booking confirmation will give you more information.

On our guided activities we have no specific cancellation protection, but all activities canceled at least 24 hours in advance will give a full refund unless otherwise stated that the payment is binding on, for example, specific courses.
