Cross-country tracks

Rallar tracks

The cross-country trails start at the signpost for Rallarvägen opposite the railway station in Björkliden and carry past several historical sites, towards Rallarkyrkogården. The Blue, Yellow & Red trails start in beautiful mountain birch forest along Rallarvägen.

Middle loop
7 km, Medium difficulty

The blue trail turns right at Rallarkyrkogården & turns home with a little more demanding uphill before you are home again.

The entire Rallar trail
9.4 km, Easy to medium difficulty

The yellow track goes straight past Rallarkyrkogården, turns slightly left to the turnaround at Stora Tunnelsjön. You return home along the same route along Rallarvägen.

Full loop
9 km, Medium difficulty

The red trail goes straight past Rallarkyrkogården, turn right on Rallarvägen towards Tornehamns chapel. At the chapel turn right. There will be a fantastic view of Lapporten and then it goes home. In some parts some demanding uphill before you are back home.

Upper tracks

The trails are hilly and run in a wind-protected forest area. The trails start either from Hotell Fjället behind Sportshopen or at the road opposite the entrance to the cottage village parking lot. The Yellow and Red trails start easily in the mountain birch forest near the Björkliden golf course.

Short loop
1.1 km, Easy

The red trail turns right after about 600 meters, easy ride home.

Long loop
4 km, Medium difficulty

The yellow trail continues along the mountainside. Tough counter slope and then beautiful ride that winds in the birch forest and over bogs. On the way home, there is a steep uphill and a whizzing downhill run.
