  • 15:00 - 17:00 Afterski prep in Rallaren: Before the afterskin kicks off in earnest, we load up in Pub Rallaren's rustic environment. Here we serve two premium sliders and a cold drink for SEK 169 (non-alcoholic is of course available). They are prepared with finesse and love so that you get them just as tasty as you want them at the counter.

  • 18:00 - 21:00 A crafty start at Lapporten: For those who have booked a table for tonight's dinner, there's an extra treat in store. Between 18:00 and 21:00 we roll out our classic hand slicer in the dining room. We invite all seated guests to a amuse-bouche in the form of top-quality hand-sliced charcuterie - a perfect appetizer while enjoying the view of Lapporten.
