Whistleblowing

A safe working environment and culture is important to us - we care.

It is important to us that all employees and partners feel safe and have the opportunity to raise serious grievances.

As an employee or partner, you therefore have the opportunity to use our whistleblowing function to report suspected irregularities, deviations from our ethical guidelines or other serious conditions in the business.

Reporting can be done anonymously through our external whistleblowing system, which is designed to ensure the safe and confidential handling of incoming cases.

In accordance with the Whistleblowers Act (2021:890) (opens in new tab) If you report wrongdoing, you have strong protection against retaliation. This means that you cannot suffer any negative consequences because you have reported in good faith.

Anonymity and confidentiality

You have the option to report anonymously. The system is designed to protect your identity and ensure that data is handled securely.

However, it is important to be aware that anonymity may be affected by the information provided in the case.

Only specifically designated and authorized persons have access to reports received. All handling is carried out with a high degree of confidentiality and in accordance with applicable legislation.

What should a report contain?

You do not need evidence to make a report. A suspicion that something is not right is enough.

To facilitate the processing, it may be useful to include, as far as possible, relevant information such as

  • a description of the event
  • time and place
  • any persons concerned
  • documentation, such as emails or other documents

How is your case handled?

Once a report is received, it is received and handled by designated functions within the organization. It is handled promptly, objectively and with respect for all parties concerned.

You will receive an acknowledgement that your report has been received and feedback in accordance with the applicable legislation.
