Check-in
  • No earlier than 1:00 p.m. and must be done at the campground reception desk.
  • Check-in at Hotell Fjället takes place after 9:00 p.m.
  • From August 10–17, the campground reception desk will be closed; check-in will take place at Hotell Fjället instead.
Check-out
  • 11:00.
  • Please leave the keys at Hotel Fjället or in the mailbox at the entrance to the campground reception area.

Camping near the Rallarleden, wilderness and wonderful nature.

Bring your trailer or RV and stay at our campground. You can park here year-round, for half a year, or for a single night. On this page, you’ll find all the information you need about the campground at Björkliden.

The summer and fall season is between June 2 - September 30, 2026.
The winter season is between October 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027.

Campsite with electricity, 500 SEK/day.
Campsite without electricity, 400 SEK/day.
Tent pitch (1-6 person tent), 210 SEK/day and tent!

NOTE! After September 30, we only have a few electric seats available - these are pre-booked via email: camping@laplandresorts.se. We need the following information to make a reservation: name, address, e-mail and phone number.

When you camp at Björkliden, you’re not only close to nature—you also have full access to all our amenities that make life in the mountains extra easy. The following are always included in your price:

Warm and cozy: Free access to fresh showers where you can warm up after a day on the bare mountain.

The communal kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and washing dishes—the perfect gathering place to share the day’s adventures with fellow campers.

Laundry Room: Free use of both the washing machine and dryer, so your favorite clothes will be warm and dry in time for tomorrow.

A cozy indoor hangout: Relax in our common room, challenge your family or a neighbor to a game of ping-pong, or let the kids try out our fun indoor climbing wall.

Environmental Considerations: Easy access to our recycling station for waste sorting, as well as a separate room for emptying latrine waste and graywater.

Close to the hotel and local amenities: about 300 hundred meters on foot or 1 km by car to restaurants, country stores, and events.

Important Information for Motorhome and Trailer Owners

To protect our sensitive Arctic environment, we have a permanent station for emptying latrine waste and graywater.

Please note: You cannot drive up and drain the gray water directly from your vehicle via a hose into the ground or a sewer. Instead, simply carry your removable cassettes/tanks into our separate sanitation building, where emptying is quick and hygienic.

Book a seasonal and annual spot

Björkliden's campsite is centrally located in Björkliden, close to the mountain, hiking trails and the lift system. The campsite consists of about 100 caravan pitches and is equipped with a service house where you have access to a kitchen and WC/shower.

Would you like to have an annual or seasonal pitch at our campsite? From September 1, 2026 at 09:00, they are bookable online.

  • 20% discount on all restaurants in Björkliden & Riksgränsen. Valid for max. 4 persons (no discount on alcohol according to Swedish alcohol legislation).
  • 50% discount on entrance to Pub Rallaren in Björkliden & Grönan in Riksgränsen. Valid for max. 4 people when an entrance fee is required (no discount on alcohol according to Swedish alcohol legislation).
  • 25% discount on regular prices for 4 ski passes of your choice (can be used at any time during the ski season according to the validity of the loyalty card)
