Tasting menu inspired by Northern Sweden

Welcome to a unique evening in the mountains, where ingredients from Northern Sweden, seasonal flavors, and culinary craftsmanship take center stage.

On September 12, Lapland Resorts invites you to an exclusive tasting dinner at Björkliden. During the evening, a five-course menu inspired by Norrland will be served, featuring carefully crafted dishes in which our chefs showcase local ingredients and seasonal flavors.

The dinner is held in a smaller, intimate setting to create an immersive experience where the food, ingredients, and craftsmanship take center stage. The evening takes place at Svarta Björn, one of Björkliden’s historic venues, with the option to pair the dinner with a curated wine package or a non-alcoholic alternative.

The tasting menu is served as a shared experience for the entire group.
