Facing the fabulous, emblematic views of the Lapporten, or “Doorway to Lapland” valley on a scale of 1:1 is a sight to behold. Combine that with an à la carte menu, where local produced ingredients encounters international cuisines. The result is a real pièce de résistance of Scandinavian alpine dining.

Restaurant Lapporten is open everyday for breakfast, lunch, dinner and simpler food for the lobby.

Daily Lunch


Everyday (Mon-Sun) Restaurant Lapporten offers a daily menu for lunch. For anyone about to head out on a hike or ski tour, we can arrange lunch packages. All choices on our menu come with a varied assortment of drinks.

Lunch includes coffee, an assortment of drinks, bread and salad. A vegetarian option is available every day!

Tue Glazed pork tenderloin / Quorn fillet
with roasted potatoes.
Wed Lebanese chicken / Tempeh with rice.
Thu Saithe fillet / Vegan “no fish” with potato puree and white wine sauce.
Fri Taco Friday / Veggie tacos.
Sat Chicken Albufera / Smoked tofu
with roasted vegetables.
Sun BBQ spare ribs / Vegan Schnitzel.

Mon Pork collar / Lentil soup with potatoes with pepper sauce and potato gratin.
Tue Miso chili glazed salmon / Glazed cabbage with steamed vegetables.
Wed Korean pork belly / Tempeh with rice.
Thu Coq au vin / Oven-roasted vegetables with roasted potatoes.
Fri Vodka seafood-pasta / Vegan tortellini.
Sat Beef Guisado / Chickpea stew with rice.
Sun Fish n’ chips / Vegan schnitzel.

Breakfast

When booking your stay, you can pre-book breakfast. If you have not pre-booked, you are of course welcome to drop in (subject to availability).

Our breakfast consists of a buffet with both hot and cold dishes. Additionally, you will find fresh bread, coffee, and many other breakfast items.
