Lumpfish caviar, browned butter, shallots and chives
Starter
Lobster soup
Seasoned with lime and lemongrass, butter baked lobster and cod loins. Finished with sunchoke chips and watercress
Main Course
Reindeer with cognac pepper cream sauce
Served with fondant potatoes, lingonberry-sherry gel, butter fried chanterelles and savoy cabbage
Dessert
Chocolate terrine with orange sorbet
Vanilla infused sea buckthorn, white chocolate mousse, almond tuile

Filled with caramelized leeks, celeriac and mushrooms. Served with crispy Swedish haloumi, fondant potatoes, butter fried chanterelles and savoy cabbage
