Låktastörten is a classic. With your choice of sled/ski/snowboard, you must race down as fast as possible back to Hotel Fjället in Björkliden.
Information about the competition
Participants make their own way up to Låktatjåkko Mountain Station, either by snowcat or under their own power. The race starts at 15:00.
At Låktatjåkko, we recommend enjoying a classic Låkta waffle or a delicious lunch before the start.
At the finish line, you can celebrate with a well-deserved après-ski – outdoors if the weather allows! During the après-ski, we’ll also hold the prize ceremony.

– Youth class: up to and including 15 years
– Adult: 16 years and older
Live music with Nicke Sebbas
Join us for an amazing evening with live music by troubadour Nicke Sebbas on April 25th and 26th, during the exciting Låktastörten race! After a day on the slopes, relax with great music and a fantastic après-ski vibe. Don’t miss out on this experience!
