The multicoloured lights in the sky, visible north of the Arctic Circle, are called the Northern Lights or aurora borealis. It is a beautiful phenomenon that can be seen to the north on a clear night—an unforgettable experience. We reach our lavvu, a hut located 1.5 km from the hotel, by snowshoe. It is here, away from light pollution, that the Northern Lights can be seen at their best. By a warming fire inside the lavvu, the guide will share more about the magic of the Northern Lights and the area around Björkliden. After an exciting afternoon on the mountain, you can relax in one of the hotel’s two saunas.

Your entire party will stay comfortably in four-star accommodations at Hotell Fjället, in twin or double rooms.
